A day of Doctor Visits

I am about 3 weeks post surgery for my Gallbladder. My Little butterfly bandages were coming off so I took them off. I had been in a little pain and noticed one of them looked infected. Today Jim told me he was coming home early from work to take me to the Doctors. In the meantime I noticed that my cat Simbas head, which has been looking infected, has gotten way worse. This has happened to him once before and the only way to stop it from spreading all over his little head was to take him to the Doctors. Today it looked awful. So when Jim got home I said Simba has an appt before me and really needs to go. Our cat Doc, Doctor Steve is the Best! Healthy Paws received a little visit from our Kitty, after two shots and medication to take home Simba was on his way out of the Docs. We then traveled to my Docs, or an Urgent care office due to no appts being offered at my Docs. We got there and they were closed! Got to love information, found a new urgent care, dropped Simba off at Home and we were off! Jim, Me and Aaron sat in the Lobby playing Mad libs! Yes Mad libs, Jim loves to play games and cannot sit still! I was called in, asked to weigh in and thought in my head NOOOOOOOOO WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Why do I always have to weigh in I was just coming in for a problem with my surgery my weight does not matter! I always have felt a little beat down, thin or not thin stepping on the scale, why do they have to know my weight Everyyyyyyyy singgggggggggglllllllllllleeeeeeeee Time! The girl was like you do not look that size, I was like I hold it well. Then she forgot to take my height. I said what about my height, because she said she wanted both! She said oh! Your 5'3. I said no I am actually 5'4 and 3/4! She should have forgotten to weigh me!!!!! The Doc came in saw me for 2mins! Squeezed my sore stomach where the infection was! Ouch! Can you not tell there is something wrong with it! Just had to touch it! Wrote me a script and we were off! Headed to Wal-Mart they were closed. Went to CVS! Dropped off script! My sugar was dropping so I I found the isles of chip and opened a Bag of Chips! Yes chips! Ate some, in the store!I probably should have drank orange juice but I was craving some chips! I asked Jim to hold them for a min and he said No! He was embarrassed probably! = ) ( He always helps me hold my stuff, even my purse). Paid for everything and left! Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
1 Cat treated, check! 2 owners not worried about their animal check! 1 wife and self treated, check! 1 script filled check! 1 stomach filled and sugar didn't go out of whack, check! Home sweet home curled up on the couch for the Evening, watching 20/20! PRICELESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Day 3

Good day fellow bloggers! Today was a relaxed day! Slept in way to long but it felt great! I cleaned the house and made dinner for Jim and I! Got to use my new plates! Jim went to a meeting at Church and I fell asleep! Opps, didn't mean to! Woke up and began to watch Kate and Leopold, love that movie! Decided to Blog for a minute and am going to go finish my movie!
I am excited because I am going to see Avatar again with my Mom, Roger and Aaron! I loved that movie, it is AMAZING! The Colors are so Beautiful! That means I have to get up at a Decent hour! ; )

Day Two!!!!

Today was a good day! My mom, my Brother Aaron and I all hangout!
We helped my Mom pick out her new glasses, Calvin Klein which are very
Trendy! I love her and she is beautiful. We went to have some
Fabulous Chili’s, may I add that their chips and salsa with Queso
is the best and always keeps me coming back! Aaron went home
to attend a meeting for support while my Mom and I went on
an Adventure to find some new dinner plates for Jim and I, A
Christmas Present from My Mom! We went to Bed Bath and Beyond,
Khols, Sams and IKEA! I have plates that I love, however
through the years they have served many of dinners, and have been dropped and broken
this was painful, because I loved my plates! Now I can have
a proper dinner party with matching plates and not the mismatched
ones I am used to serving with Thanks to MY Mom and IKEA! I love
IKEA and am lucky to close to one! I just like to go explore and
get new ideas! Then we were off to Home Goods, which is like
therapy for me! I just stroll the isles for new ideas, fill my
cart with items I do not need, or do need, Debate with myself if I need it, because
I always want it, and give up the battle and hand the items back to
the sales associate. This is a feat when I can do so! I have been able to hand back the itemsmore often than not! It also helped that my Mom was there
saying you can wait to buy that blanket don't you have one? Well
I do is the truth! I have had it foreverrrrr but we can wait!
She bought a cute little rooster with black feathers and polka dots,
for her husband! He is into the Rooster themed decor! Dropped
my Mom off at Home, Asked her to come hang out longer but
we had to part! ;O

I came home walked in the door so excited to show Jim our New Plates!
It was late and he was getting ready for Bed! Found him Praying in the room
and Said "Wait you have to seeee our new plates". He was so excited he jumped
up and ran to the kitchen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just kidding, he was like really.....
I said "please" and he said "5 minutes"! He came, witnessed and liked!

The surprise Adventure of the Night was coming home to see that he finished
Painting our living room after a long hard second day, back from Vacation, work day!
I walked into the house and noticed after a Minute of Talking about my new plates and shopping! I was so excited! I was on the phone with my friend Kristi! She made fun of my for Screaming! It was a nice Surprise! My husband is a go getter and does nice little surprises for me!

Now I am off to Wal-Mart to buy a little can of paint so I can finish the Job for Him!!!!

Happy New Year 2010!

My First Post!

So here it is 2010! I have wanted a blog and wanted a blog and now I have a BLOG! I joined facebook in June 2009, said I never would and did, loved it, became a little obsessed. I just love to write and also see how others are doing and facebook is a good avenue for that. I also love to Journal and have not done so in a long time. Therefore I decided to create a blog where I can write Jim and I's family history. So here we go! Its 1:25 am I actually got on a normal sleeping schedule but am rebelling these past few days. I got laid off in Sept and have enjoyed staying up to the wee hours of the night, playing and creating photo albums on facebook and being super lazy by watching old 80's movies and current ones too! Now I can do all of these wondeful things on my new Blog, hopefully Jim will write too! I actually have two other ideas for two diff Blogs I want to create to help myself and others. Those are top secret and will be coming real soon!

A little about me and my husband!
We have been together for almost 8years, and Married 7 this past Nov 30!
We met at Church!
Grew up in the same stake but never knew eachother!
Both have Blonde hair and Blue Eyes!
Both love to Laugh and get really silly! We have many inside jokes and nicknames for everything!
Both have our Masters Degrees!
I am a Social Worker
Jim works in a Hospital doing Hospital Administration.
We both love to hang out at home and watch Movies! (and Snuggle, One of Jims Favorite things to do, don't tell him I wrote that)!
Both Love Bella our Dog,
I love our Cats, Jim tries to give them away to people all of the time!
